Our organization is searching for a General Maintenance worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, including but not limited to general repairs, painting, plumbing, and landscaping. We are looking for an individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing.
Perform basic repairs on plumbing systems.
Perform basic repairs on carpentry projects.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Mandatory snow removal
Must be available for rotating week on call.
Must be available to respond to the facility within 1 hour (60 min) during rotating week of call.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday with rotating on call week.
