Science Teacher

Green Mountain Union High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team beginning August 2025. The ideal candidate will bring both enthusiasm and adaptability to teach a variety of integrated science and elective courses to a diverse student population. We are looking for an educator who is: Skilled in inquiry-based instruction and grounded in the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) Familiar with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Experienced in designing and facilitating hands-on laboratory experiences across a range of student abilities Committed to ongoing professional development and collaborative curriculum planning A strong general science background is preferred. This position requires the ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that fosters both academic achievement and personal growth.
