We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at Green Nation Dispensary. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our business while ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment. Duties

• Assist in managing daily operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash register operations.
• Conduct employee orientation and training to promote a knowledgeable and efficient team.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing market presence and driving sales growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand’s image.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail or sales environment; experience in Cannabis is a big plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
