What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Manager position at Green Nation?
This Position Requires Travel to the BA, Muskogee, Claremore Regions.
The position involves managing multiple locations ensuring that goals and objectives are met, and maintaining alignment with the company's overall strategy. A Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing their team needs, as well as the needs of the customer, and educating/ guiding them. Regional Managers ensure high levels of customer satisfaction though implementing business strategies and processes while also delegating a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill opening/ closing duties
- Creating schedules
- Cash handling
- Maintain fully stocked and clean displays
- Assist with running side work, stocking and cleaning during any and all downtime
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
- Process returns/exchanges
- Attend company meetings, trainings, and promotional events as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through providing excellent customer service
- Listen to patients needs and provide guidance and education on products
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Must be knowledgeable about all products offered and able to discuss available options with patients
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases; cross sell products; handle returns of merchandise
Desired Skills:
- Prior retail sales experience (1 years)
- Prior budtending experience (1 years)
- Knowledge of cannabis in a retail environment
Requirements:
Maintain a valid medical marijuana recommendation
Able to pass a background screening
Be at least 21 years of age
