Location: Remote or North Carolina, USA

Travel Requirement: 30%-50%

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and develop new customer relationships in North America, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
  • Enhance the company's brand and market presence by engaging with industry associations, media, key customers, and participating in trade organizations and industry exhibitions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, establishing and optimizing sales structures and processes.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients, actively engaging in customer development.
  • Oversee and ensure the successful execution of current projects and signed contracts.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in battery components manufacturing or renewable energy industries.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales management and business development capabilities.
  • Excellent business communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
