Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and develop new customer relationships in North America, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
- Enhance the company's brand and market presence by engaging with industry associations, media, key customers, and participating in trade organizations and industry exhibitions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, establishing and optimizing sales structures and processes.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients, actively engaging in customer development.
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of current projects and signed contracts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in battery components manufacturing or renewable energy industries.
- Skills:
- Strong sales management and business development capabilities.
- Excellent business communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
- Project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
