What are the responsibilities and job description for the Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) - Part-time- 1st shift position at Green Oaks of Goshen?
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each residents care plan
- Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
- Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
- Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
