Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Burleson, United States. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
- Process and file documents accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Verify insurance for patients
- Track insurance authorizations
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of front office or reception experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
