We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Cleaner to join our team. This position is essential for maintaining cleanliness and order in both residential and commercial spaces during overnight hours. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. The Night Cleaner will ensure all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface cleaning.
- Maintain floors by buffing, polishing, and ensuring they remain well-kept.
- Assist with light facilities maintenance, ensuring all cleaning equipment is in good working order.
- Follow industrial cleaning protocols when necessary, always adhering to safety standards.
- Ensure cleanliness in both residential and commercial environments while maintaining high standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently meet cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently or in a team with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physically able to lift moderate weights and perform cleaning tasks.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential to succeed in this role.
