Physical Requirements:
This role is dynamic and requires a good amount of physical activity throughout the day, including:
- Squatting, kneeling, and reaching
- Twisting, walking, and sitting for extended periods
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Progress: Continuously assess and report on client progress and any changes to the service supervisor.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a secure and healthy environment for our clients.
- Core Competencies: Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, bathing, toileting, dressing, eating, and continence needs.

Job Requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D certificate
Qualifications:
- Independence, flexibility, and good judgment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in physiology, nutrition, and nursing
- Ability to create a safe and effective environment
- Strong client relationship skills and attentiveness
- Proof of skills validation to the service supervisor
- Positive workplace attitude
- Clean background check (no convictions related to controlled substances, healthcare fraud, abuse, assault, or theft)
Experience:
- At least one year of in-home aide experience is recommended but not required.
