Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about vaping products and enjoy providing excellent customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting vaping products that meet their needs.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their vaping experience.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.

Experience

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Knowledge of vaping products, accessories, and related terminology is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to comply with legal regulations regarding vape product sales.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.50 per hour
