Position: Operations Manager
Job Overview The Operations Manager at Gluska Management is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of the company’s office operations across multiple departments, including HR, shipping, customer service, marketing, brand development, online development, and more. This role requires a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. The Operations Manager will align operational processes with Gluska Management’s strategic goals, ensuring productivity, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
The selected candidate will become eligible for insurance compensation in addition to their regular salary after 3 months of employment, contingent upon their performance and suitability with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to set goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans related to office operations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Lead initiatives to optimize processes, improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with external partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor customer service team performance to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional projects to support business growth and development.
- Research and explore new business opportunities and support the expansion of existing brands in collaboration with the CEO/Owner.

As Operations Manager, you have the authority to terminate employees with prior approval from the CEO/Owner. Advanced disciplinary actions must also receive prior consent from the CEO/Owner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role, with expertise in HR, office management, marketing, brand development, sales, and customer service.
- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to office operations.
