The ideal candidate has a strong background in wholesale management, and sales, and a deep understanding of the wellness market.The Wholesale Manager will be eligible for insurance benefits once completing a probationary period of 90 days.
- Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for increasing wholesale sales and expanding distribution channels.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale clients and partners.- Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of wholesale orders.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and clients, ensuring profitability and compliance.- Oversee the wholesale sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.- Coordinate with the marketing department to align wholesale strategies with overall brand promotion and product launches.- Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and planning to meet wholesale demand without overstocking. - Prepare and present reports on wholesale performance, insights, and strategies to senior management.

- Qualifications- Proven experience in wholesale management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the wellness or related industry.- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution channels and customer relationship management.- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.- Proficiency in sales and inventory management software. - Bachelor’s degree plus
