This is a part-time position working all shifts with evening hours available. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans
- Implement delegated, ordered, or prescribed interventions to support patients' recovery and well-being
- Maintain accurate records of patients' health data and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Degree in practical nursing from an accredited program
- Current Minnesota license as a Practical Nurse
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
