Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for directing and supervising day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service, and achieving sales and productivity goals.

Job Duties

• P&L responsibility and ability to manage team to meet objectives.
• Hire, train, and motivate employees of various skill levels.
• Identify training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provide guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with district manager to set performance standards.
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
• Collaborate with other managers and district managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
• Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• 3 years of experience as a branch manager, required.
• Experience in lawn care, preferred.
• Must have excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have effective and professional verbal and written communication.
• Experience working with technology, including Microsoft applications, required.
• Strong ability to remain organized, multitask, and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Must be passionate about the Company's mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy, mission, and values to external and internal stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation.
• Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day.
• Ability to walk on different terrains.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
