We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that is detail-oriented to join our team!
This is an IN OFFICE IN CHAMBLEE role that may have some flexibility for some remote work overtime.
Only considering candidates that live within a 20-minute commute.
We are a smaller, local company that is changing the world by Going Green! We are a Green Pest, Mosquito, Termite, and Turf Control company based out of Atlanta Georgia and rapidly growing to other areas! Unique opportunity for upward mobility in a company that is rapidly expanding into other areas.
Role includes talking to customers, scheduling, supporting employees in the field, phones calls, emails, texts, chats, administrative work and more. A little bit of everything and someone who would love to work in a smaller company and wear a lot of hats.
Responsibilities:
Primary function: scheduling, customer interaction, emails, calls, problem solving, interacting with other team members, etc.
Develop and foster new and current relationships with customers and companies
Meet target goals
Data collection Must have a “make it work”, can do, team focused, forward thinking and super ambitious attitude
Previous experience scheduling route work
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
Analytical skills to analyze customer service data and provide recommendations for improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent time management, negotiation, and communication skills
Display a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
Basic computer skills – MS Office
