Job description
As a Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our solar consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers in residential neighborhoods, educate them on the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for our expert solar consultants to follow up.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvass targeted residential neighborhoods to generate leads.
Initiate conversations with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner.
Educate prospects about solar energy and the potential financial and environmental benefits.
Schedule qualified appointments for in-home or virtual consultations with solar consultants.
Track leads, appointments, and follow-up activity using CRM tools.
Represent the company’s mission and values with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
Previous experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus, but not required. We provide training!

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
