- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and basic accounting tasks.
- Implement effective calendar management practices for scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained when answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in vendor management is a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and managing calls professionally.
