- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Previous transportation experience as a driver preferred
- Current CPR preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Transports residents in company vehicles to activities and appointments.
- Safely assists residents in and out of vehicles.
- Operates lift equipment necessary to load and unload wheelchairs.
- Assists maintenance department in maintaining vehicles.
- Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Recognizes and reports changes in resident's condition to appropriate team members.
- Provides excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Maintains a safe work environment and exhibits safe work practices.
- Interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other team members.
