- Monitor and respond to incoming help desk tickets and calls for tracking incidents and service requests.
- Provide technical support for users via phone, email, remote access, or onsite.
- Identify and resolve issues with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Install, configure, maintain, and diagnose desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities and resolutions.
- Proficient in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with LAN configurations and management.
- Familiarity with software deployment and patch management.
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
