Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Respond to incoming help desk tickets and calls.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Provide technical support for users via phone, email, or remote access.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize tickting system for tracking incidents and service requests.
- Implement Group Policy Objects (GPO) to manage user permissions and settings.
- Assist in the deployment of Windows Server environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections for remote users.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities and resolutions.
- Proficient in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with LAN configurations and management.
- Familiarity with software deployment and patch management.
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
