ABOUT THE COLLEGE :
Green River College's student body is made up of approximately 41% Academic Transfer students, 34% Professional-Technical, 15% Adult Basic Education, 3% Applied bachelor's degrees. Green River College has four campuses, including the main campus in Auburn, with satellite campuses in Kent, downtown Auburn, and Enumclaw. Green River programs serve high school graduates, Running Start students (dual enrollment in local high schools and the college), those seeking retraining for the workforce, international students, students learning English, and Continuing Education students. The Camp Counselor will perform a variety of tasks in a college camp setting, which may include leading activities, supporting instructors, transporting kids around campus, and by van in certain settings. Camp counselors will provide behavior intervention support and oversee lunches and recreational time as well as ensure a fun and safe learning environment for campers. Camps will be offered Monday through Friday from 9 : 00-4 : 00p.m. and there is a mandatory paid training from June 26, 27, 30 & July 1.
