Responsibilities
- Assist in managing property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Handle inquiries via phone and email with excellent phone etiquette.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and tenant information.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with prospective tenants.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
- Utilize in house property management software for tracking leases and tenant communications.
- Coordinate property showings and conduct tours for potential tenants.
- Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants through various channels.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address tenant requests promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in real estate support roles or property management is preferred.
- Familiarity with property leasing processes and relevant laws is advantageous.
- Strong sales skills to effectively market properties and negotiate terms.
- Proficient in using office software and property management tools such as Yardi.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
