We are looking for a motivated and reliable student intern to assist with pool cleaning, landscaping, and light maintenance duties at various condo associations in and around the Campton/Thornton, NH area. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience while working outdoors during the summer and fall months.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and checking chemical levels.
- Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and maintaining flower beds.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep of condo association properties.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of all areas, reporting any issues that need attention.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and property managers.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Interest in working outdoors and performing hands-on tasks.
- Previous experience in pool cleaning, landscaping, or general maintenance is a plus, but not required.
Additional Information:
- Full-time hours of 30-40 hours per week, with a start date in May and lasting through the summer, likely into the fall.
