Green Rock Management LLC is a fast-growing property management company located in Southern NH. We are looking for a Property Management professional who can start immediately. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, motivated to work in this unique industry and able to engage clients at all levels. You will be interacting with owners, boards, vendors and a large network of business professionals involved in our Real Estate network. We are a very experienced team looking for the right individual to join our team and continue our forward moving motion expanding throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management with exposure to Community management.

- Proficiency with Microsoft office and other relevant databases and software.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping and financial analysis.

Responsibilities
- Manage their own portfolio of communities through southern New Hampshire & Massachusetts to include attendance of board meetings, financial reporting and project management.
- Guide association fiscal management.
- Maintain vendor relations.
- Communicate and foster relationships with community members.
- Comply with Bylaws, Rules & Regulation and violation procedures.
- Handle communications with clients via meetings, calls, and emails
- Attend occasional after hour meetings as required.
- Author or provide correspondence, budget information, and election information
- Completion of daily, weekly and monthly Community Manager Checklist
- Continuously maintain and organize systems to support accurate record keeping and efficient financial transactions.
- Other duties as required
