As we expand into Orlando, we are looking for a Licensed Pest Control Operator to lead our crew and ensure top-quality service.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of rodent control and restoration technicians.
Perform non-toxic rodent inspection, control, and exclusion services for residential and commercial properties.
Utilize eco-friendly trapping and exclusion techniques to remove rodents without pesticides.
Oversee restoration work , including sanitization, insulation replacement, and minor structural repairs.
Train and mentor team members on green rodent control techniques and industry best practices.
Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient job completion while maintaining quality standards.
Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies .
Maintain work reports, inventory, and proper documentation .
Drive company vehicles to job sites and oversee the proper use of tools and materials.
Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on prevention methods .
Requirements
Valid Florida Pest Control Operator License (Required).
Experience supervising or leading a team in pest control, construction, or restoration (preferred).
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Ability to work Monday to Saturday , with flexibility for occasional emergency calls.
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas .
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing labor-intensive tasks.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage a crew effectively.
