We are seeking a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Spa Assistant to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the spa, with warmth & professionalism
- Handle phone calls knowledgable & professionally
- Provide information about spa services, treatments, and products to clients.
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling through our POS system.
- Checking out clients, with cash or card transactions, rebooking appointments, and membership signups.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional services or products that enhance the client experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa areas, including common areas and retail spaces.
- Help service providers stay caught up on laundry, flipping rooms if needed.
- Assist customers with purchase of Skincare products & Makeup.
Qualifications
- Superior customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, computer and social media knowledge is a must.
- Must be motivated with a strong work ethic, and a great ability to work with a team.
- Must be passionate about skincare and makeup. Must be willing to learn about product lines in the spa.
- Sales experience is preferred. Front desk experience required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including Saturdays and some evenings.
- If you're licensed or in Beauty/ Massage school this is a huge PLUS as you have opportunity to grow with the company!
