About the position:
We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail oriented, and has great communication skills. As a dispatcher and customer support representative, you will demonstrate initiative, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner. You will work closely with your supervisor to help coordinate scheduling service calls for technicians and manage workflow for these individuals in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
· Field incoming calls and schedule service calls for eight to ten technicians.
· Support technicians with address corrections, directions, gate codes and other customer information as needed.
· Monitor workflow and adjust calls as necessary.
· Ensure all parties are informed of necessary information.
· Educate customers on our products and services including but not limited to maintenance plans, billing costs, etc.
· Monitor open jobs and schedule follow-up calls as needed.
· Cultivate strong relationship with technicians and support staff.
· Maintain and update accurate information in the company's operating system.
· Assist technicians with app support as necessary.
· Answer phones as back up reception and speak with customers in person as necessary.
Skills Needed:
· Be able to multitask well- dispatch is a busy department and being able to keep track of all that is going on is an important skill.
· Have superior communication skills and outstanding problem-solving abilities
· Be customer-focused, with a passion for providing an amazing customer experience
· Have clear communication with customers
· Have good analytical skills and basic mathematics
· Have earned a High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice but not necessary:
· Have experience working with software and the ability to learn a wide variety of tools
· 1-3 year proven experience in the dispatch field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
