- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle all cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's experience
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are a plus
- Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
