Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Supplements Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist customers with Supplements questions
- Inventory control and ordering to align with sales, backstock quantities, and budgets.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Ability to lead, give direction, and manage a team.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance sales opportunities.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing and faced.
- Own supplements ordering process and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Utilize retail math skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries regarding products and services.
Qualifications
- 3 years leadership experience; preferably in Supplements/Nutrition.
- Supplements experience.
- Ability to successfully lead and motivate a team.
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments.
- Effective communication with store manager, supplements associates, and other team members.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with stock management processes and retail math concepts is advantageous.
- Ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Must be detailoriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a busy retail setting.
