Landscape / Mowing Foreman and Mowing Crew

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Landscape / Mowing Supervisor andCrew Members with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping / mowing and experience with a fairly good driving record.

Duties:

- Supervise and lead a small team

- Mowing commercial properties & maintain landscapes with pruning, clean up of beds and overall site. To learn to recognize potential other work needed ( we will teach) and if you have irrigation experience that is a plus but not necessary

- Ensure high-quality grounds keeping practices are implemented yet also have a respect for the amount of time to give a property (we will instruct)

- Coordinate with clients and upper management - we value your opinion and ideas and part of a TEAM.

- Oversee the use of landscaping equipment and tools - report when anything is predicted or needing repair and take care of your equipment

- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques ( we will train you so you can take over training if you want that type of promotion )

Requirements:

- Proven experience in landscaping, grounds keeping and mowing. All applicants must have some experience in at least one.
- For Supervisor we need good leadership skills and ideally some experience. If you have never been given the chance for that experience we are open to giving you that chance.

- Knowledge of irrigation is a PLUS but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Leaders need good communication skills with management and sometimes with clients. If your bilingual that's a plus. We accept min English capability for crew members as long as supervisor is bilingual
- Prior experience required but we will continue training after hiring wherever it may be needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
