Planning Room Paraprofessional

For further information visit www.wsesu.org/socjus Immediate opening: Green Street School, a 210-student K-6 learning environment located near beautiful downtown Brattleboro, is seeking a full-time Planning Room Paraprofessional to work with our Behavior Support Team, supporting the implementation and support of student behavior plans. Additionally, this individual will have the opportunity to provide 1:1 academic support to a student. Some background in early and/or mid-level education in an educational or similar setting, and knowledge of or experience working with children supporting social and emotional needs would be beneficial. Additionally, experience and/or willingness to be trained in Crisis Prevention Training is necessary. We appreciate easy-going individuals capable of working as part of a collaborative team and staff that truly cares about children and each other. This is a full time, benefit-eligible position. This position is on Wage Grade 5, 6.5 hours per day at a rate of $22.31-$28.71 based on experience. This position will be filled through the end of the school year, with the potential of re-applying.
