Operational Skills
Ability to operate most small engine equipment used on a daily basis, including but not limited to: Zero Turn Riding Lawn Mower, Walk Behind Lawn Mower, Line Trimmer, Steel Edger, Trencher, Hedge Trimmer, and Skid Steer. Ability to drive a ¾ ton truck, or bigger, with a 18’ trailer hauling equipment. Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear and frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.

Summary

Reports to: Site Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage a Book of Business by proactively establishing a working and professional relationship with a CRM, Crew Leaders, Irrigation Technicians, Spray Technicians, and other Field Personnel they manage for their assigned book of business.
- Oversees all quality control on maintenance accounts and irrigation work for their assigned book of business.
- Responsible for meeting daily route/project requirements of Green Summit Contracts.
- Oversees and manages a team of 2-4 people.
- Proactively manages irrigation needs for the maintenance accounts.
- Responsible for safe operation of all equipment required to complete the work on any given workday.
- Meets productivity budgets for hours, gross margin, and book revenue. This includes checking timecards for accuracy and adjusting the schedule as needed.
- Meet with Client Relationship Manager on sites when needed.
- Trains crews weekly to meet Green Summit’s quality and operational standards.
- Demonstrates professional appearance and hygiene.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Responds to customer and colleague needs, including being tactful, respectful and considerate of others regardless of their status.
- Ability to manage a team of 2-4 people, and direct their work efforts to ensure timely project/contract completion.
