Landscape Crew Leader

Green Thumb is a commercial landscaping company covering the full range of landscaping needs performed by a team of highly skilled professionals.

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff.
• Go over the next day’s schedule.
• Scout ahead of the crews.
• Follow up after the crew to make sure the work was done.
• Ensure equipment is being maintained.
• Supervise staff throughout the day.
• Ensure crew is following company policies
• Ensure the safety of all employees, ensure all employees have the appropriate PPE, and train all employees in required safety procedures. Ensure crews are adhering to all safety policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal safety regulations.
• Driving a company truck and trailer daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
