Order Fulfillment Team Lead

Job Overview

At Green Thumb, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Order Processing to oversee and support our order fulfillment operations in our cannabis manufacturing facility. This role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work independently or among teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales teams to receive orders through tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Develop and implement quality systems to maintain product standards and inventory integrity.
• Train and develop a high-performing team, focusing on employee success regarding quality and productivity.
• Maintain inventory reports and align them between BioTrack and LeafTrade systems.
• Collaborate with the Transportation Supervisor to ensure alignment between Order Fulfillment and transportation operations.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies, and investigating root causes.
• Establish and track daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals, ensuring employees understand and meet these targets.
• Participate in hiring, terminations, discipline, and performance evaluations, providing regular feedback to help employees succeed.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in production environments, with 2 years in supervisory capacities.
• High school diploma or GED required; BSc/BA preferred.
• Experience directing and evaluating subordinates, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees.
• Must comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.

This role involves daily exposure to allergens, such as cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgment, common sense, and resourcefulness.
