Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all products.
- Package finished products for display and sale, ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including measuring ingredients and mixing dough.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Completing tasks in a timely manner within the budget provided.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
