Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily living activities.
- Support clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional guidance.
- Provide Medication reminders as needed.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Drivers License and proof of car insurance.
- Previous experience in home care or caregiving preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation to client locations.
