Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exterior Deck Cleaner. The primary responsibility of this role is to clean and maintain exterior decks for residential and commercial properties in the Grand Rivers area.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect decks for dirt, grime, mold, and other debris
• Use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to thoroughly clean decks
• Scrub, pressure wash, and rinse decks to ensure they are spotless
• Apply sealant or stain as needed to protect and enhance the appearance of the deck
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality

Requirements:

• Prior experience in deck cleaning or similar outdoor cleaning roles preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
