Primary Responsibilities: The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for the installation of residential heating and cooling systems and communicating professionally with customers. If you are a skilled Lead HVAC installation technician who can install all types of systems, advise customers of Green Valley Cooling & Heating products and services, and want to be part of an amazing team, apply today.
Qualifications:
- High school or GED diploma required
- Minimum 3 years or more of experience required
- Great communication skills
- Must obtain EPA Type II Certification within the first 60-days of employment
- NATE certification a plus
- Background check and drug test required
- Authorized to work in United States
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must own tools used in the installation of HVAC equipment
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in install training seminars and classes
- Be a team player
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
- Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances and extreme weather conditions
- Climb ladders

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday availability as needed
Supplemental pay types:

- Pay schedule is every 2 weeks
