What are the responsibilities and job description for the Soccer Coach position at Green Warriors Soccer Academy?
What We Are Looking For: We are seeking dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable soccer coaches who are committed to developing players both on and off the field. Ideal candidates should have:
- A strong understanding of the game, including tactics, techniques, and player development strategies.
- Previous coaching experience, preferably with youth or competitive teams.
- The ability to create structured and engaging training sessions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide players.
- A commitment to fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Adaptability and patience to work with players of varying skill levels.
- A coaching certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- The ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
