Project Manager
Green Water and Power was launched in California in 2013 and has quickly expanded its operations to 25 states. Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of EV charging projects, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality performance on-site.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to review and interpret project plans, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Schedule and oversee preconstruction site walks and postconstruction site inspections with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, site representatives, and inspectors, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Maintain project timelines by coordinating material deliveries, equipment logistics, and workforce scheduling.
- Track project progress, conduct site visits, and provide updates to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Facilitate permitting processes, ensuring timely submission and approval of required documentation.
- Assist in maintaining records, reports, and documentation related to project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Support construction crews in day-to-day operational challenges, helping to troubleshoot and implement solutions as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives, discuss project milestones, and address any operational concerns.
- Work closely with procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and equipment.
- Manage customer expectations and foster strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Construction Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years electrical experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience leading construction crews.
- Strong business insight and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed oriented and impeccable organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Capable of handling various tasks of projects.
- Ability to read single line diagrams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be ok with traveling throughout Los Angeles and surrounding counties.
