Office Associate Customer Service and Operational Support

Green Window Cleaning Services, LLC is once again expanding and growing our team, and we are excited to offer a career opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Office Associate. As a premier window cleaning company specializing in large commercial, commercial, and residential properties, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

We are seeking an Office Associate to specialize in Customer Service and Operational Support. This key role will focus on updating Work Orders, completing Profit and Loss Statements for projects, invoicing customers, and maintaining communication with clients regarding upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service (75%): Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support and addressing inquiries related to services, project status, and scheduling.
  
• Operational Support (25%): Assist with operational tasks including the creation and maintenance of work orders, profit and loss statements, and ensuring the operations team has all necessary information to execute projects successfully.
  
Communicate with customers about upcoming projects and ensure they receive accurate and timely updates.

Invoicing customers and processing accounts receivable.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and project success.

Position Requirements:

• Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
  
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and CRM Software (The Customer Factor) is preferred.
  
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Customer Service is essential.
