They are looking to add a team member who enjoys working outside and understands the importance of taking pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees in gardens and landscapes
- Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration for plants
- Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Skills:
- Knowledge of basic landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Note: Prior experience in landscape or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: On the road
