Location: Lancaster, Ohio | Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience)

We’re a local, family-owned landscaping company based in Lancaster, Ohio, looking for a hard-working, reliable Landscape Technician to join our crew. What You’ll Do:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns with a high level of care
- Build and install hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees and maintain garden beds
- Trim trees and manage plant health and appearance
- Safely operate and maintain hand tools and landscaping machinery
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment (sharpen mower blades, fuel up, etc.)
- Work as a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient with hand tools and landscaping equipment
- Mechanically inclined and able to perform light equipment maintenance
- Experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance
- Ability to build hardscapes with attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Great communication and a positive team attitude
- A good eye for detail and design in outdoor spaces
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 3 years of experience in the landscaping industry
- Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer
