How you will be successful…
- Daily operations including the below areas:
- Foreign Trade Zone Processing / ICRS maintenance
- In-bond filing
- Export Clearance
- Customs clearance filing
- PGA / FDA filing
- Invoicing
- Timely customer service, both within Green and with clients
- Assist in troubleshooting discrepancies, as necessary
- Participating in client conference calls
- Collaboration with other teams internally
- Assist in training, internal & external
- Build & maintain relationships with clients
- On-site work with clients, hybrid
What you will bring….
- Customs brokerage experience
- Foreign Trade Zone experience
- Logistics/freight forwarding experience
- Comfortability in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience in zone software
- Positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral - this role will be customer-facing
- Works with minimal supervision
- Candidate must pass a federal background check
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
