Warehouse Lead Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to coordinate and oversee the daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner, that the warehouse is organized and safe, and that staff members are supervised and trained.
Warehouse Lead Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing
- Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires
Warehouse Lead Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse or related field
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively and preform frequent bending and twisting
Salary : $18 - $20
