ABOUT THIS ROLE
As our Transportation Operations Manager, your goal is to build routes for our drivers so they can efficiently serve our customers. You create optimized transportation paths, finding the balance between saving costs and providing exceptional customer service. Attentive to detail, you create driver schedules, communicate metrics to management, track driver progress, and follow up on any discrepancies or variances. You're motivated to help us elevate our logistics process, and you help develop ideas for improvement. You also manage other vital administrative tasks like performing data entry and corresponding to emails.
