Salary Range : $32.23 - $49.86 Hourly
Work Type : Full-Time (40 hours / week, Day Shift)
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Summary :
Nuvance Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to supervise our Home Health Aide team! In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Aide Services & Private Duty Agency to ensure the planning, supervision, and quality of services provided by home health aides. You will assist with the hiring, orientation, and ongoing education of the home health aide staff, monitor service quality, and collaborate with case managers to ensure seamless care. Additionally, you will support the scheduling and coverage of companion and homemaker services as needed.
