Job Description : Job Description AXIS Brain & Back Institute We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide physical therapy treatments and procedures for orthopedic and neuro-based populations. This role also involves working with referring providers and building relationships within the community. Responsibilities - Create and implement treatment plans in coordination with physical therapy assistants and physical therapy technicians - Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to patients - Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions - Instruct patients on proper use of equipment and exercises - Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure effective patient care - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Experience - Experience in orthopedic and / or neuro outpatient / clinic setting is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology - Strong patient care skills with a focus on delivering high-quality care This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant looking to contribute to patient well-being in a dynamic healthcare setting.
