Job Description

Emory Healthcare (EHC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Operating Room. As an RN in our OR, you will apply your broad clinical experience, advanced knowledge, and research to provide exceptional care tailored to our patients’ needs. You'll have the opportunity to practice using the Synergy Model for Care, customizing your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient and family while being a valuable resource for your colleagues and a strong patient advocate.

10k sign on bonus 2 plus years experience

Operating Room Overview :

15 Surgical Rooms and 1 hybrid room specializing in endovascular and endoscopy procedures.
Specialties include General Surgery, ENT, Robotics, Ophthalmology (including Corneal and Retina Cell Transplants), Complex GYN, Complex Ortho / Spine, Thoracic, and Vascular surgeries .

Key Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional, patient-centered care using clinical expertise and the Synergy Model for Care.

Respond to dynamic clinical situations and adapt care strategies as needed.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, serving as a resource to colleagues.

Take part in on-call shifts and stay late as necessary to support patient care.

Minimum Qualifications :

Active, unencumbered RN license in Georgia or a temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program .

1 year of main OR circulator RN experience within the past 5 years

BLS certification required . ACLS certification may be required in certain departments.
