The Finance Accountant supports the CFRO in managing financial operations, including payroll, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and payable.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
- Maintain general ledger and financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
Payroll Management:
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Accounts Receivable/Payable:
- Manage invoicing and collections.
- Process vendor payments and expense reports.
Financial Analysis:
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies.
- Support audit processes.
Payroll:
- Potentially conduct and process payroll, depending on qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
