We are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the logistics operations for the Events and Venues division. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient delivery of logistics operations and the successful execution of events. The Logistics Manager will supervise the Operations Managers within the division and report directly to the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics operations for the Events and Venues division, including scheduling and event preparations.
- Oversee inventory management, including the procurement, tracking, and allocation of supplies and equipment for events.
- Coordinate with the operations team to develop and implement logistics plans tailored to specific events.
- Supervise the Operations Managers, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall event execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Address and resolve logistical challenges proactively to ensure smooth event operations.
- Responsible for manual labor tasks including loading and unloading trucks, performing physical lifting and handling of large, bulky items, and ensuring all event equipment is transported safely and efficiently.
- Assist with setup and teardown of event spaces, ensuring proper handling of equipment to prevent damage, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced conditions and adhere to safety protocols while lifting and moving heavy materials.

- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a similar role, preferably in an events or hospitality environment.
